This job operates in a classroom environment. Must have the use of sensory skills in order to effectively communicate and interact with students, other employees, and parents as normally defied by the ability to see, read, talk, hear, handle or feel objects and controls.  This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. 


While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit and reach with hands and arms. The employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; type/keyboard; and talk or hear. The employee is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, sit, stand and walk, occasionally required to position body by bending body downward and forward by waist and crawl to reach in specific spaces.  Employee must on occasions lift, raise, and move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

 

 

TERM OF EMPLOYMENT:  Full-Time Position - 10 months Monday - Friday. 40 hours per week

 

SALARY CLASSIFICATION:  Appropriate salary placement on the Classified Hourly Salary Schedule.

 

EVALUATION:  Performance of this job will be evaluated by Site Administrator and according to District Policy.
