Thank you for your interest in becoming a Substitute Paraeducator with Higley Unified School District! 

 

Higley Unified School District utilizes Educational Services, Inc. (ESI) to provide quality paraeducator substitutes for all of our students. HUSD substitute paraeducators are W-2 employees of ESI but work on-site at the HUSD schools of their choice and have the support of both ESI and our own HUSD Substitute Specialist.  

  

Once you have completed all application requirements, ESI will notify the HUSD Substitute Specialist that you are ready to start. If you have questions on the ESI application process please contact ESI at 480.719.3271 or hr@esiaz.us.
