ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

• Support HUSD Vision, Mission and Goals.
• Work independently and efficiently; use available resources to direct guests.
• Serve as receptionist: answer multi line phone, greet and direct visitors. Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Make deliveries. Provide clerical support, proofreading, photocopying, and filing. Work on additional projects as assigned.
• Use MS Word, Excel, multi-line phone system. Compile data using software programs.
• Prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines with successful completion of work. Ability to work inclusively in a diverse setting.
• Maintain confidentiality, be punctual, communicate changes in work schedule in advance. Appropriate attire as discussed for work environment.
• Effectively communicate to students, employees, and families.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS


• Great communication skills.
• No convictions for felonies or crimes against children.
